Studio Chingie

Government & Business

AI automation and custom software.

Studio Chingie LLC builds custom software and AI automation that removes manual, repetitive work from government and business workflows. The company is owned and run by David Robbins, a service-disabled U.S. Army veteran who spent four years working inside New York City agencies.

What we build

  • Custom software development

Web applications, APIs, and iPhone apps built in Python, TypeScript/React, and SwiftUI.

  • Workflow automation

Scripts and pipelines that replace manual copy-paste, data entry, and file handling.

  • AI-assisted document processing

Extracting, classifying, and summarizing documents with large language models, with human review built into each step.

  • Data extraction and transformation

Cleaning, reshaping, and validating data across spreadsheets, databases, and APIs.

  • Internal knowledge search

Search over an organization’s own documents that answers questions and cites its sources.

  • API and system integration

Connecting existing systems through REST APIs and scheduled data feeds.

  • Reporting and dashboards

Web dashboards and charts built from operational data.

  • Software prototyping

Working prototypes that let a team test an idea before committing to a full build.

Why Studio Chingie

  • Ships finished software. Studio Chingie has released an iPhone app on the Apple App Store and a commercial Unity template on the Unity Asset Store.
  • Tests AI before trusting it. Studio Chingie builds test harnesses that run AI-generated output, score it against a rubric, and publish the failures alongside the scores.
  • Knows public-sector operations from the inside. David administered civil-service exams for NYC’s Department of Citywide Administrative Services and supported FAR-based contract files at U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command.
  • Can keep data in-house. Studio Chingie has run and benchmarked open-weight AI models on local hardware, an option when sensitive records cannot leave the organization.
  • Helps primes meet goals. As a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, Studio Chingie can count toward prime contractors’ SDVOSB subcontracting goals.
